What is Elexir?

Elexir is a web interface to visualize expression data from Affymetrix exon arrays. Users can compare experimental conditions stored in FasterDB/Elexir databases and check the expression patterns of genes and exons in order to look for splicing variations across these conditions.

At the bottom, the expression level in muscle is compared to the expression level in other mouse tissues. The signal for exon 16 indicates that it is preferably included in muscle with respect to the other tissues.
